Axis Dolly terms and conditions

 

By purchasing and/or using the Axis Dolly, you are agreeing not to hold Axis Dolly or any if its owners or employees responsible for any injuries to persons or damage to any equipment that may have occured by or in conjunction with the use of the Axis Dolly. You agree to advise anyone using your dolly to this effect, and that should anyone get hurt using the Axis Dolly, or any of their equipment breaks, that you take responsibility for it as the owner of the Axis Dolly. Basically, don't blame us if you hurt yourself on the Axis Dolly, or if something happens to your equipment when it's on or because of the Axis Dolly. You take full responsibility for any and all injuries or equipment damage directly and/or indirectly caused by the Axis Dolly.

Please be careful as the dolly does have 90 degree edges, and although they are not really sharp, they can cut or hurt you. When the Axis Dolly is in the folded configuration, 2 of the leg extensions are secured by one knob each, and though when the knobs are tight the legs won't move easily, the knob acts as a swiveling point, and the connected pieces of aluminum swing not unlike scissors do. The Axis Dolly is a heavy piece of equipment, and is very strong being made from 1/2 inch aluminum, so again, please be careful!
